What it costs
You get a written, itemised quote before anyone starts, so the price is agreed rather than discovered. If the job turns out to be bigger once it is opened up, the work stops and you hear about it first.
We do not publish a price list, because the honest answer to "how much?" depends on what is actually wrong. Send a description and a photograph and you will get a real number.

Pest control — questions people ask
Is the treatment safe with children and pets at home?
The products we use are selected for occupied homes, and gel baiting in particular is placed where people and pets do not reach. We will tell you exactly what is being used, where, and how long to stay out of a treated room.
Why did they come back?
Usually because the source is outside your flat — a riser, a shared drain, or a neighbouring unit. Treating only inside your own four walls works until they walk back in. Where that is what is happening we will say so, because the real fix involves the building.
Do I need to empty the kitchen first?
For gel baiting, no — it is targeted and does not need the room cleared. For a spray treatment, worktops and open food need covering or moving. We will tell you which applies when we quote.
How many visits does a bed bug treatment take?
More than one, almost always. Eggs survive a single treatment, so a follow-up is part of doing it properly rather than an upsell. Anyone promising one visit is promising something the insect does not cooperate with.
Are the products approved?
We use products intended for residential pest control in the UAE, chosen for homes that are lived in rather than for empty commercial space. We will tell you exactly what is going down, where, and what to do before and after.
