Deep Cleaning and Move-Out Cleaning in Dubai

A deep clean is not a longer version of a weekly clean. It is the parts that never get done: inside the cupboards, behind the appliances, the grout, the extractor, the tracks the balcony door slides in.

What it costs
You get a written, itemised quote before anyone starts, so the price is agreed rather than discovered. If the job turns out to be bigger once it is opened up, the work stops and you hear about it first.
We do not publish a price list, because the honest answer to "how much?" depends on what is actually wrong. Send a description and a photograph and you will get a real number.

Deep & move-out cleaning — questions people ask
What is the difference between deep cleaning and move-out cleaning?
The scope is similar; the standard is different. A move-out clean is measured against what an inspector will look at — inside appliances, inside cupboards, grout, tracks, marks on walls — because that is what the deposit turns on.
Should I book the clean before or after repairs?
After, always. Painting, silicone and any making good create dust and mess, and a clean done first has to be redone. If both are needed we sequence them in the right order and quote them together.
Do you clean inside the AC?
Cleaners clean the accessible grilles and surfaces. Anything inside the unit — filters, coil, drain — is an AC service, which is a different trade and a different visit. We can do both, on the same day if it suits.
Can you remove hard-water scale from shower glass?
Usually, and sometimes not completely. Dubai water leaves mineral deposits that etch glass over time, and once it has etched, the damage is in the surface rather than on it. We will tell you honestly which one you have before starting.
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bedroom apartment is normally most of a day with a small team. A villa is longer and sometimes two days. We would rather give you the real figure than a short one and run over.
