Why a property company runs a maintenance company

Because the alternative did not work. Managing property in Dubai means constantly handing jobs to contractors and hoping: hoping they turn up, hoping the price holds, hoping somebody photographs the work before the wall closes up.

Fixtech exists so that chain stops at one company. Our technicians are ours. The quote comes from the people doing the work. The photo report is produced by the person who finished the job, not reconstructed afterwards.

Who we work for

Owners, tenants, property agents and developers — and a good deal of work that has nothing to do with the group at all. Fixtech is run as a maintenance business in its own right, not as an internal department, which is why you can call us about a flat we have never been to.

How a job runs

1. You describe the problem. You do not need to diagnose it.
2. A technician sees it and tells you what is actually wrong.
3. You get a written, itemised quote. Nothing starts before you approve it.
4. If it turns out bigger once opened up, work stops and you hear about it.
5. We finish, clear up, and send photographs of the completed work.
