How do you report progress?
Per unit, per item, with photographs at completion. The format can follow whatever you already report to buyers.
Can you work in occupied units?
Yes. It needs appointments with residents and more care over protection and clean-up, which we factor in rather than discovering on site.
What size of project do you take?
