Can you deal with the owner directly once I introduce you?
Yes, if that is what suits. Some agents prefer to stay in the loop on everything; others hand it over once the job is approved. Either works.
How quickly can something small be done before a viewing?
Tell us the viewing date when you send the job and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic. We would rather say no than miss it.
Do you work on vacant units?
Often, and they are the easiest. With no occupant to work around, several trades can go in together.
