This website is operated by Fixtech by fäm, Bay Square, Building 13, Office 306, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect, and why
When you send the quote form we collect the name, phone number, service, area and any message and preferred time you choose to give us. We use it for one thing: to come back to you about the job you asked about.
The form includes a hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam, and if it is filled in we discard the submission.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not pass it to anyone outside the companies that handle the job.
- We do not send marketing to people who contacted us about a repair.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising scripts are running on this site at present. When they are added, this section will name the tools and say what they store. [CONFIRM: GA4 / Google Tag Manager / Meta Pixel IDs, once analytics is switched on]
Where the form goes
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and reach us by email. [CONFIRM: where form leads should land — a mailbox, or a webhook into our maintenance system]
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you choose to load the map on the contact page, Google may set cookies at that point, which is why the map does not load until you ask for it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the job and any follow-up, and records relating to work carried out are kept as long as UAE law requires. [CONFIRM: retention period for enquiry data]
