Snagging
We write the snag list and we close it out. One company for both.

One company, not four
The usual way a maintenance job goes wrong in Dubai is not the repair. It is the gap between trades: the plumber who fixes the leak and leaves the hole, the painter who will not come until the wall is dry, the week that passes between them.
We run every trade on this page ourselves. So a leak becomes a leak traced, fixed, made good and repainted — one visit where possible, one quote, one invoice, and nobody telling you it is not their department.
- A written quote before any work starts
- Photographs of the finished job
- Backed by fäm Properties
- Several small jobs handled in one visit
