Painting and Wall Repairs in Dubai
Cracks filled, patches matched, rooms repainted and cleaned up after.
Painting is the easy part. What makes a room look properly done is the hour before the brush comes out — filling, sanding, masking and protecting everything that is staying.
What is included
- Hairline and settlement cracks raked out and filled
- Patch repairs to damaged plaster
- Nail and screw holes made good
- Walls, ceilings and woodwork prepared and primed
- Two coats as standard, more where the colour demands it
- Furniture moved and covered, floors sheeted
- Full clean-up — we take the mess with us
- Before and after photographs
Common problems we fix
- Hairline cracks that keep coming back
- A water stain from a leak that has since been fixed
- Scuffs and marks before a move-out inspection
- Paint peeling or blistering in a bathroom
- A colour that looked right on the card and wrong on the wall
- Patches from a previous repair that never matched
Not on the list? It almost certainly still falls to us — describe it and we will tell you straight away whether it is ours.
How it works
- 01 Tell us what is happening, in your own words.
- 02 A technician sees it and tells you what is actually wrong.
- 03 You get a written quote before any work starts.
- 04 We do the work, and clear up after it.
- 05 You get photographs of the finished job.
What it costs
You get a written, itemised quote before anyone starts, so the price is agreed rather than discovered. If the job turns out to be bigger once it is opened up, the work stops and you hear about it first.
We do not publish a price list, because the honest answer to "how much?" depends on what is actually wrong. Send a description and a photograph and you will get a real number.

Painting & wall repairs — questions people ask
Can you match the existing paint?
In most cases, yes. Where a patch has to blend invisibly, painting the full wall to the nearest corner is the reliable answer — a matched patch in the middle of a wall almost always shows in daylight, whatever the tin says.
Why do the same cracks keep reappearing?
Because filling a crack without dealing with the movement behind it only hides it. Hairline cracking at joints is common in newer Dubai buildings as they settle. Raking the crack out properly and using the right filler and tape holds; smoothing it over does not.
How long before I can use the room?
Touch-dry in a couple of hours in Dubai, and comfortable to use the same evening. Fully cured takes longer, so it is worth not pushing furniture hard against fresh walls for a few days.
Do I need to move out?
No. We work room by room, cover everything, and keep the rest of the home usable. For a full repaint before a move, an empty property is faster and cheaper, which is worth timing if you can.
Will painting get my deposit back?
It helps, but only against what the contract calls fair wear and tear. Marks and scuffs are usually expected; holes, damage and colour changes you made are usually not. If you are unsure, photograph the condition before you decide what is worth doing.
